The TSI World Bees are proud to confirm that the club are continuing their support of the charity Young Epilepsy. They will be Harvey Stead’s Player Sponsor for the 2022-2023 season.

This is a charity close to Harvey’s heart, “I’m happy to have Young Epilepsy as my player sponsor this year as it’s a charity close to myself and my girlfriend’s family. Very sadly we lost Daisy’s younger brother Zach in June this year at only 21 years old due to his epilepsy. Zach was fundamental to the lives of so many people and will always be remembered as the loud, mischievous, kind and cheeky chap. We hope that having Young Epilepsy as my sponsor this year, and being able to do a match night sponsor and fundraiser for them will help even a small amount in raising awareness on the impact it can have on so many people.”

Young Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions. They have over 120 years of expertise in providing world-class diagnosis, assessment and rehabilitation for children and young people with epilepsy. They undertake extensive research into the condition and how it can be treated. The unique blend of specialist services includes school, college and residential support providing education and healthcare for children and young people with epilepsy, autism and other neurological conditions.

The charity also supplies a range of support and information for parents, children and young people and training for professionals. It is also an advocate and campaigner for better access to, and quality of, health and education services, and to raise awareness and increased understanding of epilepsy.
