Dan Rose will be joining the TSI World Bees Ice Hockey Club for the 2022/2023 season we are pleased to confirm. A long time stalwart of the Slough Jets, Doug Sheppard was keen to bring Dan’s experience to the lineup, “With Dan’s circumstances changing away from hockey, it allows him to make the commitment to play at the NIHL level. Rosey is going to be a great fit with the Bees IHC, his experience, leadership and work ethic will go a long way in the locker room.”

Rose first donned the Bees’ colours for 1 game in 2014-2015, whilst he iced full time for the Bracknell Hornets. However, bar 2 seasons a piece with the Wightlink Raiders and Streatham IHC, Dan has played the majority of his senior hockey with the Slough Jets. In the last three seasons, he has worn the C for the Jets. However, considering the change, Dan can get wait to get going, “I’m extremely excited to be joining the team for the upcoming season and to meet you all Bee Army. It’s always been a dream of mine to don the black and gold since starting hockey in the Bracknell junior club back when the Bees were dominating the Superleague. I know the majority of the boys from being teammates at various other clubs in the past, so I’m confident I can fit in with the team’s ethos and help contribute to a successful 22/23 season. See you in September!”

Rose finished the 2021/2022 season with 29 points from 27 games. If you wish to sponsor Dan for the upcoming season please contact sponsors@beesicehockey.com for more information.
