Josh Martin will be returning to the ice for the TSI World Bees Hockey Club, which we are pleased to confirm.

Coach Sheppard is pleased to have resigned Martin, “We’re excited to have Josh back, as his game provides many different elements to help our team. He can play an in-your-face, physical style of hockey. Josh is great in all defensive situations, especially on the PK. However, I’m looking for him to have a breakthrough year offensively. Josh has all the tools to be a complete player.”

Learning his hockey in the Guildford junior programme, Josh first wore the famed Black, White and Gold for 6 games in the 2015-2016 season and become a Bee player full time in 2017 and has continued to cement himself as a feature of Doug Sheppard’s line up for the Spring Cup and the team’s first season in Slough. Martin scored 24 points from 44 games in the 2021-2022 season.

Josh is ready for the new season, “Really looking forward to getting back with the boys and building on how we finished in last years playoffs”
