The TSI World Bees are delighted to announce that netminder, Pavel Krajcovic, has joined the club ahead of the 2023/2024 season.

Born in Bratislava, 29 year old Krajcovic joins the Bees after spending last season with HK Deliketeso Bratislava in Slovakia3.

Pavel spent his junior years in the HC Dukla Senica programme at both U18 and U20 level before making his senior debut for the club in 2011/2012. In 2013, he made the move to HK Nove Zamky where he would feature for the club in the MOL Liga (now known as Erste Liga) where he would spend 2 years before making the move back to HC Dukla Senica in 2015.

Sweden and the HockeyEttan was the next destination for Krajcovic. SK Lejon was his first port of call for the 2016/2017 season which he would finish with Bodens HF – a team he would continue with the following year. He would spend a season at Nybro Vikings before once again taking his place between the pipes for Bodens. Pavel then had one more season in Sweden, this time with Kiruna IF, ending his stay in the country with some impressive stats before making his return to the Erste Liga with Hungarian side Dunaújvárosi Acélbikák for the 2021/2022 campaign.

Pavel returned to his home city last season where he iced for HK Deliketeso Bratislava, boasting a 3.03 GAA and 0.924 SVP.

Bees head coach, Dominik Gabaj, was delighted to have snapped up his fellow countryman and believes the experienced goalie will compliment yesterdays signing of Brett Sheppard and will also help to further develop the young British prospect’s game.

I’m delighted we were able to secure Pavel for the upcoming season. Pavel is an experienced netminder with years of experience in Sweden. I can’t wait to to have him in the Bees jersey and see him work and develop Brett’s game throughout the upcoming season.
