Bees Supporters Club Priority Booking

  • Any away travel booking made during BSC priority window must be made by a fully paid BSC member
  • Anyone over the age of 16 MUST have a BSC membership to book a place on the coach during BSC priority window
  • Anyone under the age of 16 does not require a BSC membership to book a place on the coach during the priority window but must be accompanied a BSC member aged 18+
  • Priority period will be advertised for each game in which away travel is available
  • Spaces are sold on a first come first served basis and payment must be made in full at time of booking

General sale

  • Any remaining spaces will be made available on general sale at the conclusion of the BSC priority window for each designated game
  • Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied on the coach by someone over the age of 18 and booking must be made at the same time
  • Spaces are sold on a first come first served basis and payment must be made in full at time of booking

Refunds

Refunds will only be made available in the event of game cancellation and we will not be processing refunds in any other circumstance.

Behaviour

We are delighted to be able to offer away travel on the team coach to selected away games for the 2023/2024 season. This will be run as a trial period for the season but will be withdrawn should we deem behaviour on the coach or in any opposition venue as offensive or inappropriate. We also reserve the right to refuse bookings for any person(s) whose actions we deem unacceptable.

We please ask that all passengers:

  • Arrive no later than 15 minutes before the stated departure time
  • Must be back on the coach no later than 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game
  • Do not bring alcohol on the coach * Remain in their seat for the duration of both legs of the journey
  • Please respect the privacy and space of fellow fans and players
  • Please keep noise to a minimum
  • Please clear up their seating area upon arrival at each venue

We are thankful that we have been offered the opportunity to offer travel on the team coach for away games but this is with an understanding that the behaviour of fans on the coach does not disrupt players pre-game preparations or their post-game rest and recovery.
