POST GAME PRESENTATIONS

Sponsor collections and presentations this weekend

Below is information on how to receive your own and loan jerseys, kit sponsorship items and junior sponsorship items.

The BSC table will be operating as usual but will close at the end of the first period break. During the second period break, the table will ONLY act as a collection point for the following:

Own and loans:

  • White own and loan jerseys
  • Warm up own and loan jerseys

Kit sponsors:

  • Kit sponsorship certificates (all kit sponsors)
  • Signed team photos (where applicable)

Junior sponsors:

  • Junior sponsorship certificates
  • Stall plaques

The following items will not be available until after the game:

  • Black own and loan jerseys
  • Any kit as per your kit sponsorship (gloves and sticks only).

These will be brought out by your sponsored player for your photo and handed over to you at this point.

The table will close at the start of the third period to allow the volunteers to set up ready for presentations at the end of the game. Any items not collected during the second period break will be put into storage and will be required to be collected at another date – it is not possible for you to collect items at the end of the game.

Photos with your sponsored player at the end of the game

If you wish to have a photo with your own and loan player, sponsored kit player or junior sponsored player, please make your way into the seating area of block F (behind the Bees’ player bench) AFTER the lap of appreciation by the players. Please note, you must walk around the rink via the main lobby side of the rink to block F and NOT via the walkway behind the goal at the changing room side of the rink. This area is extremely busy immediately following a game with player activity so access will not be permitted. At this point we will invite people up in player number order to get their photos taken.

Getting jerseys and kit signed

Please note, due to the number of presentations you can not have items signed at the time of getting your photo and must wait away from the changing room areas to get any autographs from players as they are leaving the rink. All 3 jerseys will be unwashed prior to this collection period as all will in use over the course of the weekend. All uncollected jerseys will be washed prior to any further collection opportunities.

We expect this to be a busy presentation event and ask that you please follow the instructions given above and those of the volunteers coordinating this on the night. This will allow us to get through the presentations as quickly as possible to avoid long waiting times.

The club would also like to thank the BSC who have offered to change their usual match night services and for their willingness to set up collection points and presentation areas during the game to allow all presentations to take place on the night – THANK YOU!
