MATCH DETAILS
Doors open at 5:30pm. Our entrance is now via the doors behind blocks D and E. You will be able to purchase tickets and have your tickets scanned within the zone behind these blocks.
Please ensure to have your tickets ready for inspection along with any proof if you have purchased a concession ticket to ensure a smooth entrance into the Arena ahead of Faceoff at 6:30pm.

Blocks B, C, D, E, F, H (home) and Standing W are for home fans only
Block H (mixed) can be utilised by both home and away fans
Away fans will be seated in Blocks G and H with standing also permitted at the East end of the rink. Standing at the West end of the rink is for home fans only.
Accessible seating is available to both home and away fans in block A.

*Concession tickets are valid for those with a registered disability, a Carer in receipt of Carer Allowance or Assistance Allowance alongside a disabled concession, Young Adults (18-21) in further education with a valid NUS card, Senior Citizens (aged 60+), Blue Light Card holders and Army. Proof of age, Carer allowance/Assistance allowance award certificate, Valid NUS or MOD90 card must be shown upon entry.
Advanced ticket pricing will be available until 23:59 on the day immediately prior to a match day. Match Day ticketing pricing will take effect from 00:00 on any given Match Day.

- Everyone Active Salt Hill Activity Centre, Bath Road, Slough, SL1 3SS – ///assist.bless.cope – Extra parking spaces is available at Salt Hill Activity Centre – 6 minutes walk to the Arena.
- Slough Ice Arena, Montem Lane, Slough, SL1 2QG – ///award.money.grant – This parking is onsite with 5 disabled bays and 4 electric point bays.
- The Centre, Farnham Lane – 150 spaces – Approximately 15 minute walk to the Arena

RULES OF THE RINK
Please can we remind you that we are a family friendly club, so we ask that everyone follows the rules of the rink below.
Stay seated during play – Please respect other fans by waiting for a break in play before leaving or returning to your seat.
No foul and abusive language – We encourage a welcoming atmosphere for all fans. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Beware of flying pucks – Pucks can leave the ice pad at any time and enter the crowd. Please keep your eye on the puck at all times.
Require Assistance? – Please speak to a member of Match Night Staff or Security for any assistance you might require.
LEAVING THE ARENA
Please remember that if you plan to leave the arena at any time throughout your time with us, please ensure that you always wear your wristband to ensure your entry back into the arena. No Wristband = No Entry.
At the end of the game, additional doors will be opened behind blocks D & E for fans to use to leave the arena.

Please can any junior sponsors and kit sponsors please visit the BSC table during the second period break to collect their sponsorship items.
At the conclusion of the game, fans will need to gather behind block F and the DJ box where you will be called in reverse player order to have your photos with sponsored players and those with own and loan BLACK jerseys will receieve their jersey.
PLEASE NOTE – Yellow own and loan jerseys, stick sponsors and glove sponsors will receive their jerseys, sticks or gloves at next week’s presentation evening due to these being used by the players tomorrow. An alternative collection date will be provided for those not attending presentation evening
