The TSI World Bees are delighted to announce the signing of netminder Brython Preece from the Dundee Stars.

Brython spent his junior development with the Cardiff Devils system before heading to Canada and the Ontario Hockey Academy in 2014. He spent two years at OHA before making a move to the WSHL with the Utah Outliers. Preece made his move back to the UK and into the Elite League with the Coventry Blaze in 2017 and would make the move north of the Border with the Dundee Stars in 2019 where he has played since.

“I am happy that we were able to secure Brython. He is a young British goalie with experience from Elite league and will be a crucial part of our puzzle for the next season. I’m excited to see him on the ice in Bees colours in September”

Head coach, Dominik Gabaj, on Preece’s signing

“I’m very excited to get started for the Bees, when the opportunity came up it was an easy decision to make, I’ve heard nothing but good things about the club.
I can’t wait for the season to be underway and help the Bees push for contention of the league trophies.”
